		<description>If you use a baking rack, like one might use for cooling cakes and/or cookies on a deep baking sheet, the bacon cooks nicely without ever having to turn it over. And it makes making crispy bacon very easy. Plus all the fat drips away from the meat leaving very non greasy goodness!</description>

I cook bacon in the oven too and it does drive me  a bit crazy that the house smells like a diner for a couple days.

		<description>How appropriate that I read this After I finished re-seasoning 8 cast iron pans with.... bacon. That&#039;s what my hubby said I needed to use (he&#039;s from the South (LA) and grew up with cast iron cooking, I&#039;m from SoCal where we had Teflon.
