Teach Tweens Safe Driving?

   oh my oh my… so much to worry about! I’m going to check out the Love & Logic series you mentioned — I also like the suggestions they made about preparing the tween to drive. The new biggest threat to all drivers that didn’t exist in our teen days: texting. Geez. I know Oprah’s got a big ‘no texting while driving’ campaign going on, but I was almost hit twice this past week by texting/cellphone reading drivers…. Come on people! I can’t believe that anyone thinks this is an okay idea. I think there should be an electronic/laser seal around the car that prevents texting! I think I’ll go tell my car-engineer hubby this idea right now
