Senior Portraits In Old Fort Mill GoodNCrazy Photography
Gorgeous Lighting in Old Fort Mill, South Carolina!
Taking advantage of the last week of Daylight Savings and a few serendipitous fall props, we set out to take Senior Portraits in the old part of Fort Mill, SC. Looking for funky architectural parts of buildings, shop windows and that perfect fall lighting.
We found all three! Big thanks to my daughter for being my first senior portrait session.
I really like the standing pose above in the same teal doorway, but I couldn’t help myself and took a LOT of close ups and later those close ups paid off.
I was told after I edited these shots in front of a funky antiques shop that the triple xxx means moonshine.
Whoops. M’bad. It’s a Southern thing?
And by far our favorite shots the whole day were about a mile away over in Kingsley Business Park on Kingsley Drive… The trees reflecting in the little pond behind her created the perfect shot. The light was getting really low and I switched to my 50mm prime lens and opened the aperture all the way baby!
I’m dying to go back to Kingsley Park for another round. Also McDowell Nature Preserve in Charlotte while the fall foilage is still hanging around! Who wants to schedule a senior portrait session? Let’s do this!
